Bisquick Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    2/3 c. warm water (not hot, 110~ to 115~)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 1/2 c. Bisquick
    melted butter
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Stir in sugar, shortening and Bisquick; beat vigorously.
    Turn dough onto surface well dusted with Bisquick.
    Knead until smooth, about 20 minutes.
    Shape as desired.
    Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
    Cover with damp cloth.
    Let rise in warm place (85\u00b0), until double, about 30 minutes.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes, depending on size.
    Brush with melted butter.
