Acapulco'S Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium avocados, peeled and seeded
    1 large fresh tomato, diced
    1 fresh pepper, minced
    1/4 c. onion, minced (optional)
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lemon, juiced
Preparation
    Peel and seed avocados. Grind onions and pepper in mortar (molcajete). Mash avocados and combine with onion mixture. Squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon over avocados and blend well. Add diced tomato and salt; mix well. Serve with crispy tostado chips or hot corn tortillas.
