Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 or 4 lb.) hen
3/4 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. onions
3/4 c. celery
1/2 c. stuffed green olives or 1 green pepper
1 can tomatoes
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 box spaghetti
1/2 lb. American cheese
Preparation

To heated skillet, add butter, chopped onions, peppers or olives and mushrooms.
Cook slowly until tender.
Add tomatoes and portion of chicken broth.
Add meat from chicken after it has been cooked until meat falls off bones.
Season with salt and pepper. Cook spaghetti in butter and add chicken mixture to spaghetti. Cook until well blended.
Just before serving, add grated cheese and Worcestershire sauce.
Heat in oven until cheese melts.
