Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops (amount needed)
    flour
    salt and pepper
    oil (Wesson, etc.)
    potatoes, raw and sliced
    salt and pepper
    onion, chopped or flakes
    shredded cheese (optional)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    milk (fill empty soup can)
    sprinkle of parsley and celery salt (optional)
Preparation
    Flour chops; salt and pepper.
    Brown on both sides in skillet; need not cook fully.
    While chops are browning, slice potatoes in long casserole dish (enough for your meal).
    Salt and pepper; add onion if desired and cheese.
    Mix celery soup with milk.
    Heat in microwave; pour over potatoes.
    Top with browned pork chops.
    Bake in oven until potatoes stick soft (normally at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, depending on the various ovens).
