Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground round
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. peppercorns
Preparation
    Mix and shape into 2 long rolls, using a deep baking dish to catch drippings when baking.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Remove wrap and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0. Immediately remove from baking dish and cool.
    Store in foil. Sausage will keep in freezer indefinitely.
