Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium apples, peeled
2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour, unsifted
2 c. sugar (brown and white)
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Slice, combine and set aside first 3 ingredients.
Combine all ingredients in given order and stir until well blended.
Pour in half of batter.
Arrange 1/2 apple slices and repeat.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
