Cheese And Beef Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sharp cheese, coarsely grated
1/4 lb. chipped beef, finely chopped
1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 clove garlic
1/2 beaten egg
Preparation

Combine cheese, tomato sauce, beef and garlic.
Heat over water in double boiler until cheese is melted.
Remove garlic. Remove mixture from heat and add beaten egg.
Age for several days in refrigerator.
Reheat and serve as hot dip with crackers. (Chafing dish works well.)
Makes 3 cups.
