Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped Vidalia onions
1 stick oleo
1 1/4 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream (fat-free or lite)
Preparation

Saute onions in oleo until soft.
Mix with all other ingredients and top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
