Taboule - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 small red onion
    2 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
    3 Tbsp. burgul
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 bunches parsley
    2 large tomatoes
    3 green onions
    1/4 c. olive oil to taste
    1 pkg. taboule
Preparation
    Chop parsley, tomatoes and onions.
    Mix all ingredients with lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper, mint and add the burgul last.
