A Gallon Of Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. quick oats
2 c. all-bran cereal
1 c. bran flakes
1 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
1 c. butter, melted
4 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 eggs
5 tsp. baking soda
2 c. whole wheat flour
3 c. white flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Next, combine buttermilk, sugar, eggs and baking soda, and mix with cereal mixture.
Add whole wheat flour, white flour and salt to mixture.
Pour batter into closed containers (quart fruit jars may be used) and store in refrigerator, not freezer.
Batter will keep 3 to 4 months.
To cook, fill greased muffin cups about 3/4 full and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Yield: 130 small muffins.
