Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
Preparation
    In large bowl, toss together broccoli, cheese, onion, basil, salt and pepper.
    Spoon into pastry shell.
    In small bowl, stir together cornstarch and milk until smooth.
    Stir in eggs until well blended.
    Pour over broccoli mixture.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
    Serves 6.
