Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cheese (Velveeta)
    1 chopped onion
    parsley
    pimento to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 slice bread (in pieces)
    1 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    10 potatoes, cooked and diced
    milk (to moisten)
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
