Shoo-Fly Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. warm water
    1 c. Brer Rabbit molasses (green label)
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, Crisco and salt.
    Save out 1 cup of mixture. To the remaining crumbs, add warm water, molasses and soda.
    Mix together into greased loaf pan.
    Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
