Cucumber Horseradish Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 Tbsp. plain gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pineapple juice
3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 small cucumber, grated and drained
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
Preparation

Pour boiling water over lime gelatin and stir until dissolved. Soften plain gelatin in cold water.
Dissolve in boiling liquid; cool.
Add salt, juice and horseradish.
Chill until partially thickened.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Turn into large mold or 6 small molds and chill until firm.
