Mexican Hot Cocoa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 beaten eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine milk, sugar, chocolate, cinnamon and salt.
    Heat, stirring, until chocolate melts and milk is very hot. Slowly stir 1 cup of milk into eggs and return to saucepan.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes longer.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla.
    Beat with mixer until frothy.
    Pour into mugs and serve.
    Serves 6.
