Home-Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. navy beans
    1/4 lb. salt pork or bacon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    1 small onion, cut up
Preparation
    Rinse beans.
    Cover with water overnight.
    In the morning, cook slowly until skins burst.
    Drain and save liquid.
    Put into roaster and add all ingredients.
    Cover and bake in slow bake at 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 until beans are tender.
