Sweet 'N Sour Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. box curly pasta
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 medium seeded, unpeeled cucumber, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 large jar pimientos, chopped
2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. each: salt, pepper, garlic salt
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Cook pasta; add oil and toss.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Keeps one to two weeks.
