Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cooking oil
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation

Beat eggs; stir in and beat milk, flour, baking powder and salt, then beat in oil.
Add corn to fritter batter.
Drop by spoonful into hot fat.
