Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white Karo
1 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. butter
Preparation

Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar, butter and vanilla. Beat 1 minute more, then blend in pecans.
Pour into two 9-inch pie shells. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until filling sets, about 30 minutes.
