No-Bake Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. oleo
2 c. whole kernel corn (undrained)
2 c. creamed corn
2/3 c. complete pancake mix
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. dehydrated parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Melt oleo in medium saucepan.
Combine the remaining ingredients, except cheese, in pan and mix well.
Cook over low heat, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
As mixture thickens, lift from bottom with spatula occasionally.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover and cook 15 minutes over low heat without stirring.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
