Icebox Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round buttery crackers or Club crackers
    1 lb. candied cherries, chopped
    1 lb. candied pineapple, chopped
    1 lb. golden seedless raisins
    1 lb. pecans, chopped
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans flaked coconut
    1 lb. marshmallows
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1 lb. English walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Crush crackers, add fruits, nuts and coconut.
    Melt marshmallows in milk over low heat and add to cracker mixture. Mix well and pack in 2 loaf pans lined with wax paper.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Makes 2 to 3 pound loaf cakes.
