Snack Cake Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 c. flour
4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shortening

Preparation

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. With pastry blender, cut in shortening until mixture resembles cornmeal.
Store in airtight container in cool dry place.
Use within 1 month.
Makes about 13 cups.
