Texas Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 5 lb. or so beef brisket
    1 can pop (Coke)
    1 jar chili sauce
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Put roast in pan and cover with mixture of Coke, chili sauce and onion soup.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours or until tender.
    Slice and pour sauce over roast.
    I cover the roasting pan with foil with small holes in it.
    I usually cook 2 at a time in a slow oven.
    It may take 4 hours or so.
    It's done when tender.
