Teriyaki Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 inch ginger root
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. catsup
    4 oz. sherry
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Crush ginger root and garlic.
    Combine with remaining ingredients and blend into a sauce.
    Soak meat in sauce overnight. Best meat to use is tenderloin or rib eye, sliced thin.
    This will soak about 5 to 6 pounds of meat.
