Ropa Vieja - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 (16 oz.) jar Pace picante sauce
Preparation
    Thoroughly brown stew meat.
    Add 1/2 to 1 cup water to make beef broth.
    Add picante sauce and cook slowly for 2 hours.
    Shred with knife and fork.
    Serve with black beans and yellow rice.
