Skillet Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. Parkay margarine, melted
    2 c. (8 oz.) cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat greased 9 or 10-inch heavy ovenproof skillet in a 350\u00b0 oven. Combine dry ingredients.
    Add combined buttermilk, egg and margarine, mixing just until moistened.
    Stir in 1 1/2 cups cheese.
    Pour into skillet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Continue baking until cheese is melted.
