Buttermilk Pecan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. pecans, ground
1/4 c. sesame seed
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
8 chicken breasts
1/4 c. coarse pecans
Preparation

Melt butter in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Combine flour, pecans, sesame seed, paprika, salt and pepper.
Combine egg and buttermilk.
Dip chicken in egg mix.
Dredge in flour mix.
Place chicken in casserole; turn once in butter.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
