Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    dash of salt
    1 1/4 c. frozen orange juice
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in a 10-inch skillet. Stir in frozen orange juice, water, butter and grated orange rind. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes.
    Set aside.
    Prepare dumplings.
