Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans sauerkraut, drained
3 (12 oz.) cans corned beef, crumbled
4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Thousand Island dressing
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. rye bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Layer the first 3 ingredients in a 13 x 9 baking dish, starting with the sauerkraut, then the corned beef and last, the cheese.
Set aside while preparing the sauce.
