Pizza Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
2 Tbsp. shortening
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
2 Tbsp. oil (on pizza pan)
Preparation

Soften yeast in warm water.
Add the rest or the ingredients and mix.
Knead dough.
Let raise about an hour.
Spread the oil on pizza pan.
Roll or spread the dough on the pizza pan.
Cover the dough with your favorite sauce and toppings.
Bake in a hot oven at 450\u00b0 about 15 minutes or until done.
