Creamy Mexican Chocolate Iced Coffee - cooking recipe

1 c. whipping cream
6 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 c. double-strength coffee, cooled
Preparation

Whip 1/2 cup of the whipping cream to soft peaks; set aside. In a pitcher or bowl, combine remaining 1/2 cup cream with chocolate syrup, sugar and cinnamon.
Stir in coffee until sugar dissolves.
Fill four glasses with ice; pour coffee mixture over ice.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
