Hamburger-Biscuit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    20 oz. frozen peas
    2 c. shredded yellow cheese
    2 cans biscuits
Preparation
    Cook meat, onion and celery.
    Drain.
    Stir in flour, tomato sauce, seasonings and peas.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and top with biscuits and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden.
