Mexican Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 thin slices ham
    12 flour tortillas
    1 lb. Jack cheese or Cheddar, cut in 1/2-inch strips
    1 small can whole green chiles, cut in 1/2-inch strips
    paprika
Preparation
    Roll ham, cheese and chiles in tortillas and place in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
