Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken halves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (1 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. cornflakes cereal, crushed
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. skim milk
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Place each piece of chicken between 2 sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap.
    Flatten to 1/4-inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin.
    Sprinkle with pepper.
    Top each with a piece of ham and 3 tablespoons of Mozzarella cheese.
    Roll up jelly roll fashion.
    Tuck in sides and secure each roll with wooden picks.
