Best Corn Relish - cooking recipe

1 qt. whole corn (cut from cob)
1 qt. chopped cabbage
1 c. chopped sweet red pepper
1 c. chopped sweet green pepper
1 c. water
1 qt. vinegar
1 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. turmeric
2 Tbsp. dry mustard seed
1-2 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Boil the corn 5 minutes and then cut from the cob.
Combine with remaining ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.
Seal in canning jars.
