French Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    With mixer, blend eggs first until fluffy.
    Then add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
