Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    water
    5 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Break egg into a cup and beat.
    Add vinegar and enough water to fill the cup. Sift flour with salt; cut shortening into flour until it forms pea size particles. Add liquid and mix well.
    Roll out dough (one crust at a time) on lightly floured surface.
    Makes 5 to 6 single pie crusts.
    Keeps for days refrigerated.
