Bacon, Cheddar And Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 small onion
4 strips crispy bacon
1 small to medium block Cheddar cheese (sharp)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes.
Microwave potatoes for about 7 to 8 minutes.
Put potatoes in glass casserole dish. Put finely chopped onion over potatoes.
Crumble bacon over onion and potatoes.
Grate cheese and pour mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
