Caramel Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

36 Kraft caramel squares
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan pieces
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Melt the caramels with margarine and water in top of a double boiler. Stir occasionally until smooth. Combine sugar, salt and vanilla.
Add well beaten eggs and caramel sauce gradually. Mix well. Stir in pecans and pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
