Shrimp And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. small fresh shrimp
    4 slices bacon
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 cans stewed tomaoes
    1 can water
    3/4 c. rice
    salt and pepper
    garlic salt
    hot sauce
Preparation
    Peel and devein fresh shrimp.
    Fry bacon.
    Save bacon.
    Saute onions and peppers in bacon drippings.
    Add shrimp, saute until shrimp turns pink. Thicken with cornstarch.
    Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and hot sauce to taste.
    Add stewed tomatoes and water.
    Bring to boil.
    Add rice.
    Cook until tender.
    Add crumbled bacon.
