1 (4 oz.) carton whipped cream with chives
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Prepare instant mashed potatoes for 4.
Omit butter.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake in a greased dish at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
