Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups cooked rice (I prefer Uncle Ben's converted rice)
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 cup sweet milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 stick butter
    Raisins (optional)
    Coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish. Bake approximately 40 minutes or until light golden brown in a 350 degree oven.
