Pork, Beef Or Chicken Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken, beef or pork
    1 large onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (18 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. juice from meat
Preparation
    Cook first three ingredients until tender.
    When meat is done, remove from bone.
    Shred with fork.
    Return to crock-pot and add remaining ingredients, mix well.
    Let simmer for 3 or 4 hours or longer.
    This makes delicious sandwiches served on buns.
