Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 stick oleo, melted
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and pineapple in a casserole dish.
Add cheese and sprinkle with small amount of juice over the mixture. Cover with cracker crumbs.
Pour melted oleo over this.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
