Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, boiled and peeled
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. cheese (your choice)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 block oleo or butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley (optional)
    green onions (optional)
Preparation
    Saute seasoning in oleo or butter until soft.
    Add soup and cheese and add milk, a little at a time, until cheese is melted and all is well blended.
    Add salt and pepper while cooking.
