1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. chopped apples
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine oil and sugar; add eggs.
Measure and sift dry ingredients; add to sugar mixture.
Add vanilla and chopped apples.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 55 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
