Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 c. flour
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar.
    Add vanilla and water. Beat smooth. Add flour and pecans.
    Mix well. Roll in small balls. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until lightly brown on the bottom. Roll in powdered sugar and store in tight container.
