Cherry Macaroon Pie - cooking recipe

1 unbaked deep pie crust (9-inch)
1 egg
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 1/4 c. shredded coconut
1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Beat egg, evaporated milk, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and almond extract.
Beat until smooth.
Pour pie filling into pie crust, then pour beaten mixture over pie filling.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until middle is firm.
