Black Forest Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    2 pouches unflavored gelatin
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 (19 oz.) can cherry pie filling
    1/4 c. almond liquor
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (250 ml) whipped cream
    chocolate curls (garnish)
Preparation
    Combine wafer crumbs and margarine in small bowl. Press into spring-form pan (9-inch). Sprinkle gelatin over water in small saucepan. Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Add 1/4 cup gel mix to pie filling. Stir in 2 teaspoons almond liqueur. Pour cherry mix over crust. Refrigerate until set (30 minutes).
