Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 pkg. Jiffy cornmeal muffin mix
Preparation
    Stir ingredients together and put in a greased 8 x 12-inch pan. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
    May add one can drained oysters.
